About this house rental
The "Strandläufer" vacation home is fully equipped for 1–5 people and one toddler.
The first floor features a hallway with a coat closet, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for 5 people with dishes and silverware, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a hand mixer, toaster, etc.
The open-concept sunroom features a dining area with a high chair and a lounge chair. Here you can enjoy both the sun and the rain.
In addition to the cozy sitting area, the living room features a wood-burning stove for cold days and a 32-inch LCD TV with 26 channels, including 3 Sky channels (Bundesliga, Disney, Movies), as well as a CD radio. The large windows offer an unobstructed view of the garden.
The spacious, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and other amenities.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a crib, a second TV, and a clock radio. The children’s room has three single beds as well as a selection of games and books for the little ones. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. Additional pillows and blankets are also available.
There is ample space and storage for clothes and other belongings. The house comes with an approximately 350-square-meter lot for running around and playing.
The living room opens onto a sheltered south-facing terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers. A patio umbrella and cushions are stored in the adjacent storage room. There is a bike rack for bicycles.
