About this house rental
Our cozy house is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. When the weather is nice, the south-facing terrace is perfect for sunbathing or barbecuing. Children can have fun on the large property or at the playground across the street, and there’s a dedicated play area for them inside the house.
In addition to the four full-size beds upstairs, there is a crib in the master bedroom. The staircase is equipped with additional safety gates (childproofing). The wood-burning stove in the spacious living and dining area serves as an additional heating option alongside the existing infrared heating.
Blackout blinds and TVs in all bedrooms.
The bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet, also houses the washing machine. An additional toilet on the upper floor completes the bathroom facilities.
Easy to maintain thanks to tile flooring throughout the first floor and hardwood flooring on the upper floor.
On the southeast-facing terrace, you’ll find a full set of seating, including 2 additional lounge chairs and a grill. A foldable handcart for your beach gear or the little ones is available in the storage room.
A seasonal beach chair is available for our guests on the beach. For bookings of 6 nights or more made via 15.04.26[nbsp], you’ll receive a 7-day family pass for Watt’n Bad, the beach, and the dog beach—all included!
