Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/lodging tax is not based on the number of guests, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

This comfortable vacation apartment is located in Wismar’s Old Town. It was renovated in January 2024. The Old Harbor, the city center, and the St. George’s, Holy Spirit, and St. Mary’s churches are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
Our wellness center is located right next door, where you, as our guest, receive a 10% discount on all treatments.
The apartment features a small entryway, a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a storage room.
The apartment is approximately 50 m² and modernly equipped. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a microwave, as well as a south-facing terrace with patio furniture and cushions.
Free parking available in the area (Weidendamm).
Pets are allowed for a fee
