This lovingly and fully furnished vacation rental is available for 3 adults year-round. (Travel crib available) The vacation rental measures approximately 60 square meters. It features 1 large living room with a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 1.90 m) 1 bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a large shower/tub combination and a washing machine.
The centerpiece is a bright, spacious entryway with a view of Schwerin’s Außensee lake and a large nature reserve.
A lockable garage is available for one car and bicycles.
Through the garage, you can access a terrace with outdoor seating (table, chairs, sun lounger) and a Weber kettle grill.
A two-person kayak (Wilderness “Pamlico”) with personal flotation devices is available upon request and after a safety briefing.
High-speed fiber-optic internet is available.

The lake is about 300 m away. The swimming area, supervised by the DLRG, and a large children’s playground are about 600 m away. Right next door is the “Seeblick” restaurant.
An Edeka supermarket with a bakery is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Two additional supermarkets (Aldi and Netto), a tourist information office with bike rentals, a pharmacy, and doctors of various specialties are available in town.
Four train lines converge at the station. (The trip to Wismar takes about 10 minutes, and to Schwerin about 12 minutes.)
Guided fishing tours can be arranged.

Fishing licenses are available for purchase nearby.

The apartment is located directly along long-distance bike trails. There is a connection between the “Baltic Sea Coast Bike Trail” and the “Elbe–Baltic Sea Bike Trail,” which passes through Bad Kleinen along with the “Hamburg–Rügen Bike Trail.” (R23 and T9)
The short distances (15 kilometers) to Wismar (a World Heritage Site), the state capital Schwerin (21 kilometers) with its castle, and the Grand Duke’s summer residence “Wiligrad” with its faithfully restored garden, make the vacation rental an attractive starting point for a variety of activities.
