Dear vacationers and travelers passing through,
we cordially invite you to be our guest at the stunning “Seeadler” vacation rental on the beautiful Lake Schwerin (just a 2-minute walk away). Our vacation rental is located on the upper floor of an apartment building with a separate entrance and offers a spacious living area of approximately 98 m². It accommodates 2–4 people (1 bedroom, 1 living/sleeping area), features a large balcony, a parking space in its own carport, and a lockable shed for your bicycles. The apartment’s amenities leave nothing to be desired; everything is modern, in like-new condition, and furnished with plenty of individual charm.
Flessenow is a small town right on the western shore of Lake Schwerin. The scenic, unspoiled surroundings are perfect for long hikes and bike rides. The lake is perfect for swimming, sailing, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). If you enjoy long, leisurely jogs, why not try running all the way around the lake? Why not use Flessenow and Lake Schwerin as a starting point to explore the area’s attractions?
Schwerin, the state capital, is about 20 km from Flessenow. Here you’ll find a rich array of cultural and culinary offerings, and a visit to Schwerin Castle is a must. A cruise on Schwerin’s lakes with the “Weiße Flotte” will also be a unique experience. The historic downtown, with its many shops, is perfect for strolling.
Wismar, known from the TV series “Soko Wismar,” is about a 30-minute drive away. The former Hanseatic city boasts a beautiful old town with many historic merchant houses, three large churches, and one of the largest market squares in northern Germany. Wismar’s harbor is a popular promenade lined with small shops and restaurants. Of course, you can’t miss out on the classic fish sandwich.
If you’re looking to cool off beyond Lake Schwerin, head to the island of Poel with its beaches on the Baltic Sea. They’re about a 40-minute drive away.
