Visitor’s Tax in Zierow
From January 1 through December 31 of each year, a visitor’s tax is charged in the municipality of Zierow. This tax is remitted by the property owner to the municipality of Zierow. Please note that the visitor’s tax must be paid on site upon key pickup for the booked period.

Ground Floor
You enter the “main deck” through the half-timbered vestibule, which features many functional details. Here, the spacious wall unit with a fold-out bed (160 x 200 cm), TV, and closet, as well as the sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) and the fireplace, create a cozy atmosphere. A selection of the latest board games invites you to enjoy cozy game nights.
In the back area, you’ll find the comfortable leather corner sofa with a bench seat and the dining table made of solid wild oak. The surrounding split-wood wall with lighting creates a cozy atmosphere in every season. With the “Bose SoundTouch 20” sound system, you can enjoy your favorite music via Bluetooth. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and Tassimo, leaves nothing to be desired.
The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a toilet, heated floors, a sink, a spa shower (with massage function, mood lighting, and radio), a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, towels, and plenty of storage space.
For the “little ones,” a high chair, a crib (including mattress and bedding), and children’s tableware are available.
The high-quality infrared heaters on the ceiling and walls ensure cozy warmth even during the cold season.
The terrace features comfortable patio furniture as well as an outdoor grill for cozy barbecue evenings with sunset views and a view of the Baltic Sea.
Upper Floor
The solid-wood staircase leads to the “sun deck” with a bedroom and the spacious 20 m² rooftop terrace. In the bedroom, the comfortable 180 x 200 cm oak bed with a bed bench ensures a restful night’s sleep. Bedding, as well as summer and winter comforters, are included. The spacious closet, the solid-wood dresser, and two valet stands provide ample storage space. The modern infrared glass heating system ensures cozy warmth even during the cold season. The west-facing view of nature and the Baltic Sea coast, along with the absolute tranquility, are a delight in every season.

Prepare a delicious breakfast, or enjoy a tasty breakfast at one of the many cafés in Wismar’s market square. Then the day gets off to a truly relaxed start.
In winter
start right from the terrace with a walk along the beach and discover the winter magic of the Baltic Sea. Head east along the beach and the cliff coast toward the Fliemstorfer Huk, walking toward the sun. On the way back, you’ll pass the “Riten” beach lake, cross the grassy pasture, and continue through the small pine forest with a view of the island of Poel. Alternatively, grab a book and make yourself comfortable on the sofa or—wrapped up warm—in a beach chair on the rooftop terrace. Later, fun and relaxation await at the Wonnemar water park in Wismar. And to top it all off, enjoy a glass of red wine on the cozy corner bench by the fireplace.
In summer
it’s a roughly 30-minute bike ride (10 km) along the Baltic Sea Cycle Path through the small fishing village of Hoben, past the Wendorf pier, to the harbor in Wismar. There, you can stroll through the harbor while enjoying a delicious fish sandwich and tour the Poel cog “Wissemara,” a replica of a Hanseatic cog.
Or simply take a dip in the refreshing waters. The beach, patrolled by the DLRG, offers swimming fun for children and swimming enthusiasts alike. Our four-legged friends can also run around on the dog beach and enjoy the cool water in the shallows.
After a fulfilling day, stop by a restaurant serving regional specialties or take your time preparing dinner yourself. Enjoy food and drink with a sweeping evening view of the Baltic Sea. A glass of delicious wine and a breathtaking sunset are the perfect way to end the day on your terrace.
