FIRST Ostseebrise - Vacation Rental
The First House is the first house on the lot! Elegant apartments in the front row promise a pleasant, luxurious stay on the Baltic Sea.
The “Ostseebrise” vacation rental is located on the second floor, spans 74 m², and features a side view of the sea.
The very spacious 12-meter-long balcony offers plenty of room for large patio furniture, perfect for spending the evening here. You have direct access to the balcony from both the living area and the bedroom area.
The entire apartment feels spacious and bright and features high-quality hardwood flooring. The modern kitchen, complete with a kitchen island, offers elegance and comfort.
The bedroom, featuring a box-spring bed (180x200), offers plenty of sleeping comfort and storage space. You also have the option to open the large double doors to the living room to experience a completely different sense of space.
The living area, equipped with a large TV, Bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi, features a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional person.
Furthermore, the apartment features an exclusive bathroom as well as a separate guest restroom.
Guests of the house have exclusive access to the wellness area, which includes two saunas and a 29-degree pool. From the 5th floor of the building, you can enjoy a unique, breathtaking panoramic view of the stunning Baltic Sea, the chalk cliffs, and the Sellin pier.
FIRST SELLIN Wellness Oasis—Note regarding use with children:
Children under 6 years of age are not permitted in the pool and sauna areas. Children and teenagers aged 6 to 13 are not permitted in the wellness area without adult supervision. Thank you for your understanding!
Dear Guests, a new building is currently under construction on the adjacent site of the former Kurhaus Sellin. Should you experience noise disturbances during your stay, we will provide a corresponding discount. If you have any questions regarding the current progress of the construction, our office is happy to assist you at any time.
