Like a small fairy-tale castle, Villa Odin stands majestically on the hillside overlooking Wilhelmstraße in Sellin. The eye is delighted by many wonderful details: the striking round side tower with its battlements, the loggias adorned with columns and stucco decorations, the wide central staircase, the well-maintained grounds...
In the “Freya” vacation apartment, the splendor of seaside resort architecture not only lives on but also forms an almost perfect symbiosis with the achievements of modernity. Your vacation home is located on the mezzanine level and was awarded a 5-star rating by the DTV in December 2021. The interior impresses with carefully selected French-style furniture, state-of-the-art TV and entertainment technology, as well as many wonderful details and decorative touches.
Across the approximately 63 square meters of living space, the owners have thought of everything to make your break from everyday life pleasant and comfortable. Comfortable seating on the large loggia invites you to enjoy the sun’s rays, which caress the facade of Villa Odin in the afternoon and evening. Even when it’s a bit cooler, you’ll always be sheltered and dry here thanks to the roof and side walls.
The superbly equipped kitchen is just waiting for you to let your culinary skills run wild. And if you don’t feel like cooking, a wide variety of restaurants on either side of Wilhelmstraße or down on the pier will be happy to welcome you.
Of course, the apartment also includes a reserved parking space. Storage space for bicycles you bring with you is available in the courtyard behind the building. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the building’s basement.
