The first floor features not only a guest restroom and an utility room with a washer and dryer, but also a bedroom with an en suite bathroom that leaves nothing to be desired. The large, open-concept living-dining-kitchen area, featuring a cozy corner bench and a kitchen island, offers plenty of opportunities to let your creativity run free while cooking together. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and features a cooktop with a Bora exhaust system. The three-sided open fireplace forms the centerpiece of the living room.
