"Klaar Kimming"—an exclusive thatched-roof home in the island village of Nieblum, offering unobstructed views of nature and located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, where you’ll find a surf and sailing school.
You’ll be captivated the moment you lay eyes on the house. The lovingly designed south- and west-facing garden, the traditional Frisian earthen wall, the expansive lawns, and the terraces invite you to linger. The house is built with very high-quality materials, decorated with thoughtful details, and leaves nothing to be desired. A gas fireplace, which ensures cozy and relaxing moments during the colder months, connects the spacious living room to the adjacent dining area. A highlight is certainly the technically state-of-the-art open kitchen with a large kitchen island. This is where you’ll cook and spend time together. One of the three bedrooms is located on the first floor; the others are upstairs. From the window of the south-facing bedroom with an en suite bathroom upstairs, you can see the kites of the kitesurfers on Nieblum Beach. The house features a total of three high-quality bathrooms with modern showers, one of which also includes a bathtub. There is also a small but lovely sauna. In Nieblum, arguably the island’s most beautiful village, you’ll find not only first-class amenities (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, beach shop, (ice cream) cafés, mini-golf, restaurants, etc.) but also old captains’ houses, colorful farm gardens, tree-lined avenues, and thatched Frisian houses—the perfect starting point for a relaxing vacation. And the famous Föhr Golf Club is just a few minutes away by car, which—provided it’s electric or hybrid—you can charge at our own charging station.
