Landhaus Gernitz - Vacation Home
"Landhaus Gernitz" offers approximately 110 spacious square meters of living space spread over two levels and is very tastefully furnished. High-quality designer furniture in warm, light colors—comfortable and cozy—and, of course, wonderful art define the interior and ensure a pleasant stay no matter the weather.
The heated floors are covered with Shivakashi granite or hardwood. In the entryway, you’ll find an utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a guest bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the entryway, you can access, on one side, the stylish study with a desk featuring Wi-Fi internet access and an elegant couch that’s also suitable for sleeping. On the other side, the entryway also provides access to the beautiful, light-filled living area spanning two levels, which offers a truly unique spatial experience. This is also where you’ll find the dining area, which opens onto the balcony for evening sun, and the open kitchen, which has been harmoniously integrated into the living area. This kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, such as an induction cooktop with an exhaust hood venting to the outside, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and various small appliances that round out the excellent amenities and meet the needs of even the most ambitious home cooks. The spacious living area, with its cozy seating area and a modern flat-screen TV, also provides access to the large south-facing terrace. This terrace offers plenty of space to relax on stylish, comfortable patio furniture or in a beach chair and provides a beautiful view of the landscaped outdoor area. This is also where the sunny lawn for sunbathing is located.
A staircase leads to the loft level, which features a spacious bedroom/living area with impressive views in three directions. This sleeping area is furnished with a double bed, a built-in wall of cabinets, a desk, a daybed, and high-quality carpeting.
The tiled bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass partition and features a visually stunning, freestanding, English-style bathtub offering a breathtaking view across the Lankener Bek to the Seedorf marina with its beautiful sailboats. It’s the perfect place to relax—no matter the season.
On the left side of the main bathroom—visually separated from it—you’ll find an area with a large shower and a vanity area with an additional sink. On the right side of the main bathroom, a sliding glass door leads to a separate area with a toilet and a sink. Here, too, a harmonious color scheme and the finest materials delight the eye.
“Landhaus Gernitz” is a smoke-free property and ideal for 2 people. It can also be booked for 4 people (children 14 and older) upon request.
The property’s private boat dock can be used free of charge as a swimming dock. A parking space is available on the property.
