- Bedroom: 1 comfortable double bed (1 x 2 persons – 160x200)
- Bathroom: shower, bathtub, hairdryer, with separate toilet
- Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, WiFi, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, duvets, blankets and pillows included
- Outdoor areas and parking: a private covered parking space (No. 16) and a shared laundry room
- Community outdoor swimming pool
