Between the sparkling marina, the nearby beach and the gentle atmosphere of the Côte d'Azur… get ready to drop your bags and enjoy!

- Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery, utensils, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- Living room: 1 double sofa bed (140x190 – for 2 people).
- Bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190 – for 2 people).
- Bathroom: bath + shower and separate WC.
- Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, WIFI, communal laundry, duvets, blankets and pillows included.
- Parking: private parking space no. 19 reserved for the accommodation.
- Outdoor: communal outdoor swimming pool, children's play area, pétanque court and table tennis table
