Beach Palms is directly on the beach. This three-bedroom, two-bath gulf view condominium is the perfect place for making those special vacation memories. The living room has a TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, and space to spread out. The sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper as well. The full-size, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make memorable meals. There is an eat at the breakfast bar and the kitchen is open to the living area. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and a slider door to the balcony as well as a window with a Gulf of Mexico view. The ensuite master bathroom has a tub/shower and good counter space. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV and a ceiling fan. There is a Washer/Dryer right in the condo for your convenience. The pool view from balcony is the neighboring condo pool. The well-maintained property of Beach Palms features a beachside heated pool and both charcoal and gas grills. There is an assigned parking space for this condo. This is a non-smoking condo. Plumlee Rental is Wonderful.. The condo OWNERS Needs TO MAKE MAJOR UPGRADES… The sliding door.. is a fight daily to open or close.. The living room furniture is so uncomfortable… We Never used ..Hardly any kitchen utensils .. NO bathroom door in the master.. and with… All your beach item in tow.. you MUST HAVE A KEY to get anywhere.. after using your key to get in the pool area .. you STILL need a key to get into the bathroom… Beach Palms is a Beautiful Place .. Besides the Condo owners Upgrades.. Thank you .. Plumlee Rental..

Everything in condo worked. It was clean and insect free. Vertical blinds in living room were literally falling out. Red Tide disrupted our beach time but beyond anyone’s control. We would stay here again.

First time in the area. Unit was clean and functional. Very minor issues (couple of light bulbs out, kitchen cabinet doors broken, couch seat was torn), but overall a very nice experience . Hope to come back again next year.
