About this apartment rental
**I prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals during high season but depending on the time of year, will consider other options. PLEASE message me before requesting a reservation if your rental dates are not Saturday to Saturday**
Our building (Beach Palm) was closed most of 2025 for rebuilding because of the two hurricanes that struck our area in the Fall of 2024. I lost premier status because we were closed and that is also why you see no reviews for 2025. Our building officially reopened Nov. 1, 2025 with many improvements including new lobby, new air-conditioned pool house, two new gas grills, new pool deck and more. It's been a long year of waiting so stay with us and enjoy the new look.
Walk out your door and head to the beach or pool! Great family vacation condo. This is the perfect place for family fun. The pool is great and the beach is awesome at our large three bedroom, gulf-front condo. Sit back and relax on your private balcony as you look out over the pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico, complete with beautiful sunsets.
Our condo is furnished with comfortable furniture and Tv's in every room. Master bedroom with king-size bed, queen-size in second bedroom and a pair of twins in the third. There is also a twin size air mattress available in the condo if needed. DVD players in every room and a DVR in living room and WIFI. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The balcony has a table and chairs with seating for six. It's perfect for watching the sunset with great views for meals. Pack and Play, stroller and booster seat also in unit.
Golf and water sports are close and there are many restaurants to choose from! No need to haul all your beach gear. Just bring your swimsuits! Beach toys,chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are here waiting for you. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Our condo will fit all your needs. Reserve it now!

Our short vacation was great. Condo was beautiful Marci was a great host an very easy to talk. If we make it to Tampa again for a longer stay we will be calling Marci to see if her condo is available Thanks Marci for sharing your condo
