This beachfront property offers a spacious open floor plan filled with charming Florida vibes. The large living room is bright and airy, perfect for the whole family to unwind on the comfy furniture and watch a movie after a day in the sun. The living room flows into a dining area with seating for up to 6 guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes a smaller eating area with its own balcony and water views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Convenient amenities like a full-size washer and dryer are in a separate laundry area off the kitchen.
The primary suite features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, window seating area, and a private beachside balcony. The large master bathroom includes a bathtub, a separate shower, and his and her vanities. The primary bedroom offers a King-size bed and coastal chic design with TV, while the 2nd bedroom also has a King-size bed and TV, and the 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds and a separate twin bed, totaling 3 twins. There is space in garage to store your beach items so you don't have to haul them upstairs.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
