Sand Dollar 101

Beach access. Parking spot and suorr confortable rooms. Love the facilities. And condo was super cute.

Excellent location! The pool was open and clean. The condo was spacious and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with every imaginable item - coffee pot, air fryer, blender, lots of dishes, etc. There were many beach toys, towels, chairs, etc. to use as well. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with a view of the ocean each night. Internet worked very well. We did have to contact Vacasa upon arrival because one of the bracelets that we were required to wear around the complex was missing. Valerie was very helpful and handled the situation for us.

Being beachfront means lots of sand on the floor and counters. The condo was a little dated and could use some TLC (paint chipped in places around the doors, etc.) One bedroom has a window that opens into the hallway so that room was very noisy in the early morning. One of the sinks in the guest bathroom drained very slowly. Communication was excessive and confusing at times. We received numerous emails and texts with the condo rules and regulations. Conflicting information about keys, access codes, etc. was provided each time, leaving us a little unsure about what to expect upon arrival. It seems as if the access codes were updated recently, but the information provided to us was not updated accordingly. Finally, knowing that this condo was a Vacasa property, which is associated with Marriott, we expected Marriott quality.
