Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 207 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
Vacation rental 207 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 207 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.
The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs and beach chairs.
This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

We have been visiting the Sand Dollar for over 5 years as a family. We love the family feel, location and every condo we have stayed in has come equipped with what our large family needs. It's something we look forward to every year and now it feels like home when we come. This past stay our daughter became engaged on the white beaches we have grown to love. What a memory we all have now!

Great Location for price, but we did experience some significant issues while staying. Pros:-great staff communication-even printed some papers for us (no business center)-pool/hot tub was clean and spacious -right on beach! -Easy check outCons:-came back one day to no electricity (the bill apparently wasn’t paid, but they did get it resolved in less than an hour of when we notified). -garbage disposal not working properly-water dripping out of top of tank in one toilet-the washer and dryer put black marks on all of our clothes/towels (and we didn’t realize it until we did a second load of laundry)Overall, the pictures are accurate and the place was clean when we arrived, but the pictures couldn’t have predicted the issues we had!
