About this house rental
This property is set up perfectly for large groups to enjoy a relaxing vacation, but is also cozy enough for just a few. Large TV with surround sound, Amazing Lake views, adjacent to the CDA bike trail and Harrison, large deck and a Hot Tub!
Guests may enjoy the hot tub for an additional fee of $150 per stay. The fee includes setup and heating for the duration of your stay. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to ensure availability.
The space
Three bedrooms with queen beds and full bathrooms. A loft with 2 twin beds and another full bathroom for use. A bunk bed room with a half bath, and a pull out sofa bed.
Enjoy the Harrison public boat launch, beach, and docks, all just 5 minutes away. Boats may be moored at the public docks for up to 48 hours within any 72-hour period, making it easy to explore beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene during your stay.

Property lived up to the pictures on line. Well maintained and clean property with amazing views of the lake. Plenty of room for our family of 7 to enjoy and the hot tub was a really nice way to begin and end the days. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again.
