Welcome to Lake View Lodge, a spacious 5-bedroom vacation home with an additional private studio apartment, offering comfortable accommodations for up to 24 guests. Set on the East Side of Coeur d’Alene, this impressive 5,600-square-foot lodge spans three levels and offers plenty of room for large families, friends, and group getaways.
Take in beautiful views of Coeur d’Alene Lake from the property, relax in the private hot tub, or gather with your group in one of the home’s multiple living spaces. With two full kitchens, multiple dining and living areas, four full bathrooms plus a half bath, and televisions throughout, everyone can spread out while still enjoying time together.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the convenience of this location. The Centennial Trail is just 50 yards away, making it easy to head out for a morning walk, run, or bike ride. Higgens Point Boat Launch is only 0.4 miles away, providing quick access to boating, fishing, and exploring Coeur d’Alene Lake.
The lodge is also directly on the Ironman route, making it an ideal home base for participants and spectators alike. Cheer on the athletes right from the deck!
During summer, enjoy an incredible vantage point for Coeur d’Alene’s fireworks displays, with views across the lake. During the holiday season, look across the lake toward Santa’s Workshop during the Santa Cruises from Thanksgiving through Christmas.
Nature lovers will appreciate the frequent wildlife sightings around the property. Deer are seen daily, and guests may also spot elk, moose, fox, and marmots. From November through December, hundreds of bald eagles make their annual migration to the area, and they can often be seen around the property as well.
Lake View Lodge is perfectly positioned for year-round adventures. In addition to the lake, Centennial Trail, nearby marinas, hiking, biking, fishing, and golf, winter guests can enjoy easy access to several ski destinations:
