Located in the south of Martinique, in Sainte-Luce, this superb villa offers you an exceptional setting for a stay devoted to relaxation and nature.
Its location is a real asset: just 450 m from Pont Café beach and 600 m from Corps de Garde beach, you can swim in turquoise waters and enjoy magnificent sunsets there. Between the Caribbean Sea and turquoise lagoons, you enjoy a unique setting in the heart of the Caribbean.
A few minutes' drive away, you can easily reach the centre of Sainte-Luce, its restaurants and shops to alternate between absolute calm and activities.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this villa can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The kitchen, open to the lounge, is fully equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle as well as a filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto are also at your disposal. You can share your meals indoors or enjoy the table set up on the terrace.
On the night side, the villa has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) with wardrobe, hanging rail and its private en-suite bathroom with shower and WC
Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed with wardrobe and hanging rail
Bedroom 3: equipped with 2 single beds that can be pushed together with wardrobe and hanging rail
Another bathroom with shower and complete WC completes the villa. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning or ceiling fans. For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.
On the outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
The large shaded terrace welcomes a lounge area and a dining corner, ideal for sharing the evening ti punch or barbecue all together. The large swimming pool secured by a submerged alarm and a removable barrier located below the terrace awaits you to perfect your tan on the sun loungers.
