Its location is a real asset: just 350 metres from the Corps de Garde beaches, you can easily enjoy the pleasures of the sea. The village of Sainte-Luce is only 1 km away, with its shops, restaurants and fish sales directly from fishermen in the late morning on the seafront.
With an area of approximately 90 m², the villa can accommodate up to 6 people in a comfortable and functional setting.
It consists of a beautiful living space including a bright living room with a large sofa, television and dining area for 6 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, crockery and utensils...).
At night, you will find:
- An air-conditioned room with a queen-size bed (160×190), wardrobe and closet.
- An air-conditioned room with a double bed (140×190), air fan, wardrobe and closet.
- An air-conditioned furnished room with two single beds, air fan, wardrobe and closet.
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC
Outside, the large 40 m² terrace accommodates a table and chairs for 12 people. A true extension of the living area, it faces the garden and the large secured swimming pool located below.
The swimming pool area awaits you to cool off or perfect your tan on the sunbeds, in a peaceful and verdant environment.
The accommodation also has a washing machine, Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a charcoal barbecue, as well as a baby bed and a high chair available upon request during booking.
