About this villa rental
Very pretty Creole villa, decorated with care, with a deck (wooden terrace) of 100m2 where the swimming pool (6X3 salt) is integrated where you will spend the majority of your time thanks to its places in the shade, in the sun, its deckchairs, its 2 outdoor lounges, its dining table for 9 guests, its shower, its barbecue.
House ideally located 200m walk from very beautiful sandy beaches (Pont Café, Corps de Garde, Mabouya) and the coastal path, 2 km from the very typical market town of Sainte Luce and with a small supermarket nearby (crossroads market in the subdivision).
Living room: bamboo living room, coffee table, TV, TNT decoder, DVD player, micro channel, Wifi
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, rice cooker, dishes, vacuum cleaner, iron and table iron, tea towels and sponge provided
4 air-conditioned bedrooms with mosquito nets: 1 bedroom on the ground floor (140 cm bed) and 3 bedrooms upstairs including a master suite (2 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed and 160 bed)
3 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), hot water is produced exclusively by solar panels
3 toilets
All the equipment to accommodate a baby (high chair, stroller, cot, barrier to isolate the floor) and a NF standard net to completely secure the pool if necessary.
Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towel)
A 200m walk from Pont café beach with its 4.5 km coastal path, ideal for pretty walks or a little jogging. You will also find along the path the Corps de Garde beach with its facilities (floating pool, restaurants, shower ...) and its activities (aqua gym classes, musical evenings ...)
A house manager will be at your disposal to welcome you around a house punch and present you in detail the whole house and the assets of the island.
The villa is located in a very quiet housing estate. It is located in a condominium of two houses (the 2nd house is close but not terraced and not overlooked) so it is not suitable for parties.
The villa is only 20 minutes from the airport by car and 3 minutes from the village of Sainte Luce (15 minutes running and 30 min walking slowly)

Casabwa972 is everything we wanted for our trip to Martinique. Great location. A pool the kids swam in for hours at a time. A kitchen we used time and again to cook family meals. The owners and property manager were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Just returned from 9 nights stay at Casabwa972, just west of Sainte-Luce. Really happy with our choice of this place. We were three couples and enjoyed plenty of lounging and dining space indoors and out. Clean, spacious, private, nicely equipped. Lovely pool, with privacy fencing. Full kitchen. Great host, readily accessible for questions and helpful. The walk to the beach is easy. One does cross a road but it's not too busy and drivers are courteous to pedestrians. When lounging at the pool, one can hear some occasional road noise, but it's not constant or too loud or distracting. A Carrefour Express is just a short walk away. This location is really terrific with all the Martiniquan necessities nearby.

Your not over looked by anyone. We had a great stay. Plenty of room for relaxing, cooking BBQ too) and splashing in the pool.
Picking up keys from Sophie was easy and pleasant. She gave great advice as to local supermarkets etc.
