About this villa rental
The villa is an air-conditioned, typical Creole villa ideally located in the south of Martinique, a 2-minute walk from the beach 'Corps de Garde'. A coastal hiking trail takes you to almost all the beaches of Sainte-Luce, as well as the fishing village, which attracts you with numerous restaurants and shops.
The villa has 4 large, air-conditioned and spacious bedrooms; two master bedrooms with bathroom and 180x200 beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 and a fourth bedroom with a double bed. The villa has two floors.
From 2024 the house will be enlarged, with an additional bedroom with bathroom and a gym.
(A deposit is required)

Villa bien conforme au descriptif bien placée pour visiter et à deux pas de la plage de Fond Banane.Dommage que l'accueil ne soit au niveau de la villa personne à l' arriver et même pas une bouteille d 'eau, (prévoyez votre apéro).L'entretien de la villa n'est pas suivi, prise défaite du mur, baie ne fermant pas à clé non signalé pas la propriétaire, alarme qui sonne toute les 4 heures la 1 er nuit que nous avons résolu en débranchant la télé ,chèque de caution non rendu car oublié par la propriétaire, odeur désagréable certain soir sur la terrasse lorsque les vents ne sont pas bon car station épuration proche.chambres du haut légèrement bruyante la nuits (voie rapide proche).Piscine et terrasse très agréable pour se reposer.nous avons passées un agréable séjours.

Belle villa bien située au bord de petites plages sympas de Sainte-Luce ainsi que des commerces environnants. Sainte Luce est le lieu idéal pour visiter le Sud de l'île.
La villa est grande et agréable. Un peu juste au niveau ustensiles de cuisine pour 10 personnes et la cuisine manque un peu d'entretien.
Le quartier est calme et Carrefour market pas loin (pratique pour les courses de dernières minutes).
