My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and loved the space. It was modern and perfectly clean when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting outside under the covered patio when relaxing. The location was great for our stay - a short walk into Moab center with restaurants and shops and a short drive to Arches and other local hikes. Ellyn was always prompt with her correspondence leading up to the trip and was available when we arrived, offering recommendations for hikes and eateries. She and Mike were incredibly warm and friendly throughout our entire stay. If I come to Moab again with a friend or my husband, I would definitely stay here again.

West side flats along with our hosts Michael and Evelyn were superb! This modern and convenient and roomy rental was an excellent fit for us. We had a very restful stay after vigorous days in Arches NP and touring Canyonlands. Their recommendations for additional adventures and restaurants were spot on. The layout of the accommodations were perfect. We took our meals on the patio as the weather was delightful in late September.

We spent two nights at Michael and Ellyn's property, and wish we could've stayed longer! The apartment was perfect for two people, with a beautiful patio to relax on in the hot afternoons. An easy walk to town, and central to all of Moab's outdoor activities. Thank you for the hiking recommendation Michael - we had a great time. We hope to stay again soon.

My daughter and I decided on this place for a mother daughter adventure getaway. I wanted something peaceful to come back to after a hard adventurous day, I also wanted something close enough to the center of Moab where we could walk to wherever we needed to be. This fit the bill. The place was impeccably clean. Ellyn was very sweet and offered suggestions for places to eat and places to explore. We would come back again for sure!
