Welcome to Brooks House!
Come, enjoy and relax in this great family home. Lots of space and activities here at Brooks House and big enough for two families, This recently remodeled home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Across the street is Brookswood Meadow Plaza with groceries, a spa, or some yummy take out. Deschutes River and Old Mill District, shopping, concerts, & dining all within a 5 minute drive. Walking and biking trails are easily accessible.
This large 4 bedroom has multiple levels. The main level is where the family can gather in the kitchen, dining area and large living room. On the back covered deck, you will find a salt system hot tub, gas grill and plenty of space for outside dining. There is a beautiful backyard with plenty of space to enjoy the afternoon after a long day out exploring. Walk up a 1/2 flight of stairs to the upper level and you will find the primary bedroom with large ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom upstairs also with its own full bathroom. Walk down 1/2 flight of stairs from the main level and you will find a game room with pool table, arcade game, and a dartboard. This level also has a king size bed and laundry room. Walk down another 1/2 flight of stairs from the game room and you will find a family room with 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in the other room.
Looking for some outdoor adventure? Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and the Cascade Lakes are just a short drive away and are perfect places to explore in any season. Biking trails, skiing or snowboarding are some of the many seasonal options.
