This spacious brand house, features seven bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two master suites, and sits on a one-acre lot. Located 7-10 minutes from the Old Mill District, the city center, parks, cultural attractions, restaurants, and shopping, and 20 to 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor and Cascade Lakes, this beautiful house offers ample opportunities for fun. Guests will appreciate the roomy interiors, comfortable beds, and excellent kitchen and family room, making it ideal for large groups.
The seventh bedroom, converted from a living room, provides visual privacy with curtains but lacks doors. A quarter-mile gravel road leads to the house. This is the host's third vacation property. Though brand new, the house offers numerous amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining; guests only need to bring food and clothes. A CCTV camera is installed on the window counter by the front door, facing outside to monitor the property when vacant. This camera is usually removed before guest check-in. If it remains, guests can unplug it to turn it off. For any questions, please contact the host, David.

The home suited our large family group with its six bedrooms and one flex space; however, the kitchen was stocked with dull knives, a mishmash of cutlery, and small appliances, leaving us wondering about their origins. We think a six bedroom house deserves a second refrigerator in the garage. In our opinion, the side-by-side unit in the kitchen was inadequate. The beds, bedding, and pillows were of disappointing quality. It was hard to sleep on the upstairs beds. Fortunately, the main floor bedroom had a decent mattress. The noise from the surrounding industrial area was very frustrating first thing in the morning. It wasn't conducive to relaxing on the front or back patios until after the workday was done. We made the best of the place, but we wouldn't rent this house again.
