Welcome to DeerLeapLodge, a spacious three-story mountain retreat ideally located near the Green Mountain National Golf Course, just 10 minutes from Pico Mountain and 15 minutes from Killington Resort. Designed for comfort, connection, and year-round fun, this home is the perfect basecamp for ski trips, summer adventures, and memorable group getaways.

The first level is all about entertainment and convenience. Guests will find a dedicated game room featuring a giant smart TV and foosball table, perfect for movie nights and friendly competition. This floor also includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room—ideal for extended stays and gear-heavy adventures.

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and inviting main living level with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a second living space designed for relaxing and gathering. Vaulted ceilings give this level a true lodge feel, while sliding doors lead out to the deck, making it easy to enjoy fresh mountain air in every season. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom complete this level.

The top floor offers a private retreat with an additional bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom, along with a loft space that includes a full-size daybed for flexible sleeping arrangements or a cozy reading nook.

After a day on the slopes, trails, or golf course, unwind in the private, covered hot tub tucked beneath the deck, or recall stories over one of the many board games available throughout the home.

-We provide you with door codes for the smart locks so that you can come and go as you please. There is contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
-Absolutely no smoking in the house. There is a $500 extra cleaning fee if there is smoking.
-For safety reasons, there is an exterior camera at the house.
-Minut, smart home technology that measures volumes throughout the house to help us respond to noise nuisances without disupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required on this property.
-We use ladders to access the bunk beds. You agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladders.
