About this house rental
Adventure Peaks is a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located just off the access road (off Dean Hill) and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife options. It features an expansive deck w/ hot tub and BBQ grill; a well-equipped kitchen; a sauna, a kid game room with PlayStation 4; a large bar with billiards table, darts, 2 HDTVs, and plenty of seating for large families or groups.
The Space:
There are five furnished bedrooms (each named after favorite ski/mtn bike trails), three remodeled bathrooms, cathedral ceilings in the bar room, a private office, and a deck for outdoor seating when weather allows. Amenities include two large HDTVs, a Olhausen 8ft slate pool table, a well-maintained 6-person hot tub, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and much more.
Regardless of whether you are looking for a getaway group of families, friends, or professionals, we're sure you'll be more than satisfied with the whole package the house offers.
Other things to note:
- This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS home in order to maintain low allergens for our guests with allergies. Violators will be fined per our rental agreement.
- No bachelor/bachelorette, graduation, or fraternity parties or events!
- Pack 'n play, high-chair, and baby gate are available as needed.

Property is in a good location with easy driving access to restaurants and Killington ski lifts. The 5 bedrooms and 3 baths easily accommodated our party of 10. Game room is amazing with a beautiful pool table (in great shape), large screen TV, big bar area, dart board and other ammenities. By far our favorite part of the house. Kitchen was well equiped with cooking supplies, large table for all to use, and an amazing well stocked coffee bar.
Not a big issue, but heating throughout house was sporatic, some rooms were comfortable while others quite cold. Unfortunately we encountered 2 issues with the hot tub that prevented us from using it 2 of the 3 days we were there. The owner was very responsive addressing both as quickly as possible, but the end result was we couldn't use it when we wanted which was disappointing.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay at Adventure Peaks again.

Over all wonderful home and great host who was receptive to our emails. Three level house we were able to have 10 members of our family stay and feel comfortable and not on top of everyone. Only one small thing - this says it is air conditioned (we visited in the summer) - but only part of the house has AC. Thankfully the weather is cooler in the mountains so we were comfortable with windows being open and the fans.
But if you have a group with you in the summer or winter this is a great place full of amenities and things to do.

Great communication. The house was very clean and it was the perfect place to stay with a group of friends. Very close to the town for activities ; golfing; hiking etc.
Very comfortable. The great room was very nice and huge. We could all hang out ; play pool; shoot darts and watch tv.
