Located in Horicon, this cherished century old house in a quiet neighborhood offers 3 upper bedrooms: a California King in the master, Queen in bedroom 2, and a Full and Twin in the 3rd. This dwelling is equipped with 2 bathrooms: shower on 1st and tub/shower on 2nd floor. A formal dining room turned futon with TV and desk gives space to all. This is in addition to the traditional living room space with couch and loveseat for relaxing or watching cable TV. Enjoy favorite meals you can prepare yourself in the fully functional kitchen - with a pantry! With seating for all, take to the farm table for enjoying that good ole home cooking!. Settle yourself in with a good book, board game, cup of tea in the enclosed front porch niche, or climb those beautiful wooden stairs to the attic game room for ping pong, darts, and more!! Did we mention that the enclosed porch is heated?! So cool!! There’s WiFi and 2nd floor washer/dryer, adding convenience to your stay. Marvel at the updated woodwork throughout, hardwood flooring and fresh carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy a bonfire or cookout in the naturally wrapped backyard.
