Disinfected daily - 5 point cleaning schedule for guests - 5G High speed wireless internet - 5 bedroom (determined by the amount of guests) - Main Floor rental includes for 3 guests: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room area, and newly remodeled bathrooms - Upstairs is available for 4 or more guests that includes 2 additional bedroom along with another master bedroom that has a regular bed and floor space for a queen blow up mattress and a desk/office area. Upstairs also has an additional 1/2 bath.
Washer and Dryer available in Laundry Area - Newly Added
Great for the whole family for a weekend getaway or group staying in Mayville for a wedding/special event.

Ski resorts close to Mayville are Sunburst, Kewaskum - 19.8 miles (20 min) - and Little Switzerland, Slinger - 22 miles (27 Min)
If your doing business in our community or surrounding areas - MEC, Metalcraft, Miller Tool and Die, Seneca, Lake Country Corporation, TAB Products, or John Deere of Horicon. This property is perfect with high internet speeds with wireless internet and private areas to work. The home is perfect if you are in town with coworkers looking to have private bedrooms and having a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room areas.
Property host will not be in personal contact while you are staying in occupied areas of the home. Host is on/near rental property - separate living quarters.

House is spacious for a larger group or family.
Pros
Check in was easy.
Home was clean- strong scent of cleaning product upon arrival; and fans were running as it seemed the carpet had been cleaned prior to arrival.
Located just off of main street- easy access to the city.
Adequate parking both in the driveway for 2 vehicles.
Plenty of towels
Comfortable beds
Easy to use smart tv/fire stick
Fans provided in rooms or to move to any area you want more airflow
Property owner is prompt with any questions or issues you may have.
Cons
No bath tub/small bathrooms for groups / families
Small eating/dining area- 3 chairs at table (1 additional chair is at the desk, but doesn't fit easily at the table)
Kitchen Trash can is un-covered/out in the open
Kitchen Floor is old and doesn't appear the cleanest we've seen in other rentals (and seemed sticky upon arrival)

The house is very roomy. We had 4 guys staying there with no complaints. The neighbors are amazing people as well. Over all it’s one of the best stays I have had.

Clean, plenty of room. Nice town. Only 1shower, but we made it work.
