About this house rental
Spacious one-bedroom garden apartment with private entrance on a quiet street. Fast wifi, full kitchen, full bath. There is also a small backyard patio that is fully fenced in.
Just a few blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Little 5 Points, the Beltline, Ponce City Market as well as neighborhood gems like Candler Park Market, Frazer forest and the Lake Claire Land Trust.
Owners live upstairs with two children and a dog. You may hear sounds of family life during daytime hours.
The space
Fast wifi, full kitchen with everything you will need. Large bedroom and living spaces with large closets.
Guest access
Guests have access to their own private patio and entry. Parking is on a quiet, residential street. Candler Park Marta is 3/4 mile away.
Other things to note
It is an older home and not sound-proof. We have a sitting/living room above the apartment's bedroom, an office above the apartment's living room and our kitchen is above the apartment kitchen/bath (so no overlapping bedrooms). We have a border collie and kids.
