About this house rental
Charming little cottage with everything you need for a long or short term stay. Full kitchen, laundry, smart TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom. We provide coffee, tea, and oatmeal for your convenience.
Three blocks from Hosea & 2nd restaurants, a short walk to Oakhurst Villiage or Kirkwood downtown.
This is an old house that has been newly renovated. You will have the entire house and property to yourself, but if you need anything we are nearby and can resolve any issues quickly.
Front and back doors have Ring video doorbells which record movement.
Kitchen has pots, pans, utensils, knives, washing machine, and everything you could need from a kitchen.
Dogs and cats are welcome!

The pillows and bed were great. I really like the attention to using cloth instead of paper. It would be nice to have cloth napkins in addition to the cloth paper towels. It was easy to check in and nice to touch base with the owners.

Cleanliness of Property: There were pet stains on the carpets, couch, and pillows on the couch. The inside of the dishwasher was dirty. There was a blood stain on the floor in the bathroom. There was a pet odor coming from the comforter in the master bedroom.
Communication with Property Manager: We contacted the property managers by phone to see if it might be possible for us to check in 1 day early and had to wait 4 - 5 days before getting a response. By then, the response was too late.
Accuracy of Online Listing: The bathroom is much SMALLER than illustrated in the listing.
Location and Neighborhood: We heard police sirens and people yelling outside during the night. The property is a corner property that juts out at the intersection of 2 streets.
