Private Home w/ Fenced Yard, King Bed & Workspace, Decatur

Our private tiny home feels like a fully separate home—not a guest house. Completely fenced & private from the main home; has its own entrance, yard, & living space. The flexible layout allows a bedroom to be opened into one large suite with a king bed & dedicated workspace, or divided with a wall into two sleeping areas. The daybed sleeps as a twin or converts to a king, plus a pull-out couch. Sleeps up to 6. A separate main house sleeps 9 (15 total if booked together)—inquire if interested.

The space
This fully private tiny home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is completely separated from the main house by a full privacy fence.

• Tiny home guests must park on the street
• Please parallel park within the white painted lines only
• The driveway is reserved exclusively for main-house guests

Street parking is easy and free when parked properly.

• Decatur MARTA Station (easy access to downtown Atlanta, stadiums & events)

For large events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium or State Farm Arena, we highly recommend taking MARTA or using Uber/Lyft.

Traveling with Pets
We’re pleased to host well-behaved, approved pets with advance notice. A pet fee applies per pet per stay. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so we can prepare the home accordingly.

Pets are not allowed on furniture and evidence of heavy shedding on furniture that requires deep cleaning will incur additional cleaning fees assessed upon checkout. Pets must remain crated at all times when left unattended.
 
Undisclosed pets will incur an additional fee of 2x the standard pet charge per pet. We appreciate your transparency in helping us maintain the elevated standard of the home for all guests.

Traveling with a larger group?
You may inquire about booking BOTH the main house and the tiny home together, which sleep up to 15 guests total. This is a great option for families, friend groups, or event weekends who want to stay close while maintaining privacy.
