Welcome to our charming, light-filled artist’s bungalow, nestled in the heart of Decatur's most historic neighborhood. Just one block from downtown, this vibrant retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and creativity-

• Restored historic bungalow built in 1920
• Located in the quiet, family-friendly MAK Historic District—just 2 blocks from downtown Decatur and Oakhurst Village- across the street from Agnes Scott College.
• This is a one-level home, but please note there are 8 steps leading to the back deck
• Interior fireplace is not available for guest use
• Please be gentle with the original wood floors, windows, and fixtures
This 1800 sq. ft historic bungalow is boasts a classic family feel and layout - historic but newly updated.
Classic bungalow details and flow including butler's pantry and tall ceilings. The yard is large, lush and well maintained with endless cut flowers and an herb garden for the chef!

Guests have privacy and full access to the house except
• No access to locked master closet
• Basement access with host approval
