Despite being in the heart of the city, this home’s unique location provides an exceptional level of privacy, surrounded by nature while still close to everything Atlanta has to offer.
Located in a highly walkable neighborhood, this retreat is just a short stroll from local shops, restaurants, and parks. For those exploring further afield, a MARTA station is within walking distance, offering convenient access to all that Atlanta has to offer.
The home is thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The open-concept living and kitchen great room boasts soaring vaulted ceilings and massive windows that flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Relax on the comfortable couch while watching TV, enjoying a good book, or chatting with friends. Guests will have full access to the entire house, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. The attic space is off limits to guests.
Parking is convenient with one dedicated parking space located behind Unit A. This parking area is shared with the other unit. Additionally, there is ample free street parking available for any additional vehicles.
You'll also have access to both the back yard, perfect for enjoying some fresh air or relaxing in the natural surroundings. The back yard and fire pit is shared with the other unit but separated by vegetation, trees and over a hundred feet away.
Guests will enjoy the convenience of no-contact check-ins with a unique code provided for the front door smart lock. This allows for a seamless and flexible arrival experience. This was the perfect place for my husband and I while we visited our daughter for the holiday. Very nicely appointed and great use of space. We were comfortable and will definitely stay again.

The host - Peter was very friendly and welcoming. The property was clean - super cute and very comfortable. The location couldNot have been better. The description of the property is spot on as you feel like you are hidden away in a tree lined peaceful setting when in reality you are close to everything Atlanta has to offer. If my travels take me back to Atlanta I would love to stay here again.

Such a gem of a stay! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms up to date and clean. It had a relaxed, comfortable vibe that made it easy to feel at home right away. The neighborhood was super cool—walkable, artsy, and close to everything in Little Five Points—but still private and peaceful when you wanted downtime. Communication with the owner was excellent—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they really care about their guests. I felt safe, comfortable, and entirely at ease here. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!
