About this house rental

Welcome to TANNENHAUS, a custom home completed in 2025 that offers 5,000 square feet of living space, 14' ceilings, eight bedrooms (including two primary bedrooms with en suites), 9 beds that sleep 16, five baths, four dining areas (including two large dining tables), two entertainment rooms, two sets of washers/dryers, and two separate Chef's kitchens with Viking appliances. Oversized sliding doors lead to multiple exterior deck areas, including a hot tub for six. Additional features include French oak floors, rift oak cabinets, stone fireplaces, wine room, freestanding tubs, two garage parking spots, and an office for remote work.

This secluded contemporary mountain retreat serves as a perfect base for all Park City has to offer and is minutes from world-class ski Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts, Main Street, restaurants, spas, tennis, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and hiking (SLC is 20 minutes away).

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon apres ski while gazing at the spectacular mountain vistas and 100-foot pine trees that surround you, as the home's design brings Park City’s stunning backdrop inside.
