This was a very nice place to stay. Great bed, good internet, nice jacuzzi tub, etc. If it was in the summer or fall I would stay there again in a heartbeat. But I didn’t realize that this place was located up in the mountains and the driveway was very steep. And there were stairs to get up to the rental. Which would be fine except there was a snow storm (12” over a 3 day span) while we were there. We were lucky that our son-in-law had a 4-wheel drive vehicle so we were able to use it to get back and forth. We used to live in Colorado so my husband was familiar with driving on the snow pack roads but it all felt a bit treacherous for me.
I do have to say that the owners lived on property and he was diligent at cleaning the driveway, stairs and deck.
Otherwise I would be giving 5 stars across the board. Just feel like people need to he informed about the location for winter rentals.
