This four-story luxury home in Bear Hollow Village accommodates up to 22 guests and features stunning mountain views, a private hot tub, theater room, game room, pool table, gourmet kitchen, and multiple gathering spaces. It is conveniently located near Park City’s ski resorts, Old Town, shopping, dining, and the Sundance Film Festival. Canyons Village is approximately 7 minutes away, Park City Mountain 12 minutes, and Deer Valley 15 minutes by car.
The home offers flexible sleeping arrangements, including two King master suites with private bathrooms, a King bedroom with private bath, a Junior Master Suite with a King bed and private bath, a bedroom with a California King, a Queen bedroom, a bunk room with two full-size bunk beds and a Queen bed, and two Queen sleeper sofas. Additional bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Guests can enjoy a spacious Great Room with a stone fireplace, leather furnishings, and mountain views; a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, double oven, and dishwasher; a theater room; foosball, shuffleboard, and pool tables; two laundry rooms; WiFi; cable; ski storage; and a boot-warming room. The home is handicap accessible and includes an in-home elevator, a two-car garage, and driveway parking for three additional vehicles.
Guests also have access to the Bear Hollow Clubhouse, featuring a seasonal pool and year-round fitness center. This home was great for a family reunion. Had enough space to sleep all 18 of us. Hot tub and movie room were the favorite activities. Elevator was great for 80 year old mom. Beautiful views, plenty of room to eat and play games. Host was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need. Very clean. We would stay here again.

This is a wonderful family vacation home. The owner and property manager were the best. So easy and accommodating. Our family of 14, with all ages, fit perfectly. We had no problems and loved every minute of our stay. Our daughter-in-laws all love to cook, and the kitchen worked beautifully. We will definitely book again if returning to Park City.

Worked out well for our family. We had 14 family members, and the space was great. We liked the great room on the 4th floor where we ate and gathered for discussion. The elevator came in handy getting from the lower to upper floors with all our luggage. We were close enough to places we wanted to visit.
