Located directly on Wismar Bay, between the city and the island, on the outskirts of town in the former fishing village of Redentin / Fischkaten. It’s just a stone’s throw to the island of Poel—about a 10-minute drive—and about 5 minutes to the city center or the Old Harbor—so you’re right in the heart of it all!
But if you’d rather take the public buses or hop on a bike and cycle leisurely through the countryside—anything is possible, just the way you like it…...

The ground-floor apartment has 2 rooms, a TV, central heating, etc., a large bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette with various appliances, a refrigerator, a microwave, and an oven, Wi-Fi—it is wheelchair-accessible and has direct access to the lawn (garden) and carport.
1 living/bedroom: 2 people, double bed 180 x 200 cm,
1 bedroom: 1 person, sleeper sofa 100 x 200 cm,
, plus possible additional bedding,
– Outdoor area: Parking space for cars and bicycles (lockable carport), sauna (€15.00 per person per use), various garden furniture with cushions, grill, hammock, lawn golf, badminton, table tennis, and a swing chair.
You can spend long days enjoying the wonderful tranquility of the countryside, lazing in the sun on the lounge chairs or in the hammock, grilling a steak in the garden on balmy evenings, and planning tomorrow’s activities in the sitting area by candlelight with a bottle of wine…
