Charming, comfortable, and convenient

When my friend and I arrived at this pleasant apartment, we were warmly greeted by the host and shown everything we needed to know about the apartment. It is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you might need in the kitchen and even umbrellas to use should you get caught in the rain. It is located in the old town just minutes by foot to the harbor and the heart of town. We enjoyed visiting the lovely church nearby, shopping and dining in the old town, and taking a three-hour sail on the 36-meter schooner the Atalanta. We also drove up to the resort town of Kühlungsborn on the Baltic, where we enjoyed walking along the promenade and eating the local fish. I highly recommend this apartment and a visit to this friendly, attractive area.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein sehr gemütliche geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung .Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt es hat uns an nichts gefehlt im Gegenteil besonders nett fanden wir die Blumen auf den Tisch sowie das Frische Obst in der Schale dafür unseren besonderen Dank nochmal. Für die Begrüßung und die zahlreichen Infos zu Wismar und die nette Art von unseren Gastgebern ein weites Dankeschön .Auch wenn ich mich wiederholen wir und unser kleiner Vincent haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal In diesen Sinne bis bald sagen Ines,Michael sowie unser kleiner Mann Vincent

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben den Blick für das Wesentliche.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet. W-lan funktionierte einwandfrei.Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig. Frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch und es gab eine Flasche Mineralwasser. Es waren sogarTeebeutel, Filtertüten, Zucker, Salz und Gewürze vorhanden.Diese FeWo können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!!!

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful town of Wismar. The apartment was very well equipped, clean, and spacious, It´s located in a prime location, city center, with shops, restaurants and sights just a small walk away. The owners were very friendly, helpfull and always available when needed. Highly recommended stay and we are looking forward in visiting Wismar again ! Big Plus !!!!

Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter wohnten mit im Haus, so daß wir sofort einen Ansprechpartner hatte. Sie waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da die Wohnung am Rand der Altstadt war, war es ruhig, doch war man sehr schnell mitten in der Altstadt. Auch zum Alten Hafen war es nur ein par Minuten Fußweg. Also Top wie wir fanden.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in der Innenstadt von Wismar mit Hafen Nähe. Die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter hat vorab sehr gut geklappt und waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Für zwei Erwachsene super ausreichend. Tolle Küche mit viel Zubehör (Öl, Salz, Zucker etc) und toller Kaffeemaschine 🥰 Das Parken am Bahnhof hat auch sehr gut funktioniert und ist fussläufig keine 2 min weg. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es passt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war für alles gesorgt, Kaffee, verschiedene Teesorten, ein üppiger Obstkorb, sogar ein frischer Strauß Blumen und Schokolade - sehr liebevoll! Auch im Bad fehlte es an nichts. Die FEWO erfüllte unsere Ansprüche vollauf. Das Autoparken am Bahnhof war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Lage ist bestens geeignet für einen Stadtbummel zu Fuss bzw. Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit fewo-direkt ist aus unserer Sicht etwas nervig und überzogen. Weniger ist manchmal mehr.

Wir haben problemlos über FeWo gebucht und die Ankunftszeit wegen dem Schlüssel mit den Vermietern vorab abgesprochen. Die Ferienwohnung war im Erdgeschoss, die Vermieter wohnen dort drüber. Wir fanden fanden eine sehr hochwertige mit Liebe zum Detail geführte Ferienwohnung vor. Wir hatten selbst auch Gewürze, Kaffeefilter,Tabs, Klopapier etc. mit eingepackt, doch Alles war mehr als ausreichend schon vor Ort. Wir waren von Allem begeistert, zudem ist die Lage und Verbindung zur Innenstadt/Bäcker/Bahnhof/Hafen innerhalb kurzer Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Auto haben wir beim Bahnhof für eine kleine Gebühr geparkt. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr,sehr nett und haben uns tolle Tips zu Ausflügen, Bademöglichkeiten etc. gegeben. Unsere Note ist herausragend und schwer zu toppen. Wenn wir wieder nach Wismar kommen, dann auf jedem Fall wieder da.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir waren dort als zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind im Beistellbett übernachtet. Herr und Frau Höwler haben sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Einrichtung gegeben. Besonders nett fanden wir die kleinen Willkommenesgrüße (Blumen, frisches Obst, Wasser, Schokolade etc.). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gefallen: zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt oder am Hafen. Mit dem Auto kommt man recht schnell nach Poel zum Baden oder zum Sightseeing in die umliegenden Städte.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und mit einem Tiefkühlfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster sowie Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Einen Punktabzug gibt es für die Enge und geringe Tageslicht im Schlafzimmer und im Bad. Da die Fenster im Schlafzimmer und Bad wohl in den privaten Hinterhof führen, wirkt die Wohnung leider etwas dunkel.
