This bright penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept dining and living area, a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, and a spacious private terrace. It’s perfect for relaxing under the stars at night after a long day of exploring the city.

This isn’t a typical Airbnb—it’s our home in the city. You deal directly with the owner, unlike 95% of apartments, which are managed by impersonal companies. We’re Enric and Packo, two of the first hosts in Barcelona who want to preserve the original spirit of Airbnb’s sharing economy. That doesn’t mean we haven’t adapted to the most advanced technology and smart home systems over the past 12 years.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and has everything you need to feel at home.
• Maximum occupancy: 2 people
• Bedroom: 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed.
• Living room: large sofa

Note: Moving indoor furniture onto the terrace is not permitted.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
• Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is before 9:30 AM.
• All check-ins are done remotely, so you’ll need a device with internet access and a charged battery.
• Please confirm your estimated arrival time as soon as you book so we can plan accordingly. Please let us know your arrival time in Barcelona (airport, train station, or port) via the Airbnb messaging system.
• This is not an automated check-in; it is a remote check-in, and we personally adjust our schedule to be available to let you in.
• A fee of €40 applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM or if there is a delay of more than 1 hour from the agreed-upon arrival time.
