Excellent location. 10min walk either way to access 3 different metro lines. Lots of local grocery shops. Very clean apartment, easy to find. Easy automated check-in. All facilities provided that we needed.
The only criticism was the lack of pillows. With 5 of us staying and very thin pillows, we used rolled up duvets as extra pillows.

This apartment was spacious and nicely placed a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia. The amenities were clean, and everything was easily accessible. Two bathrooms for 3 bedrooms was also very nice.
There was no dish soap, which isn't a big deal. There was a dishwasher cube and a pack of detergent, but it wasn't well labeled, so we went and bought some before realizing it was provided.

Good Location .. Overall good experience
No physical interaction.. but they are responsive over the phone. Location has bit vehicle noise. But it could be improved by better sealing.

Nice location.
Toilet lock wasn’t working at all. So I had to use my luggage to block the door.
