The apartment was well located and quite well equipped
The check in instructions were sent both by email and WhatsApp but only the WhatsApp instructions included an essential link. The host was responsive and helpful but it caused a long delay to access the property. If the link cannot be included in the email the email should warn that the WhatsApp instructions must be used. Also, in the hot weather a fan in the bedrooms would help as there is only one air conditioner in the living areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our vacation in Barcelona. The host was very welcoming, communication was excellent, and everything was easy from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, making it easy to explore the city. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Although we were moved to a different apartment before our stay, the alternative property was still in a convenient location close to the metro, making it easy to explore Barcelona. There was a lovely bakery, café and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, giving us plenty of room, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated how quickly the team responded when the boiler tripped the electricity. The issue was resolved promptly, and we were kept updated throughout.
The replacement apartment wasn’t quite what we had originally booked, although it didn’t affect our overall trip. The street outside was very busy however, even late into the night, and the noise made it difficult to sleep. The kitchen could have been better equipped, and the fridge didn’t seem to be working properly during our stay.

It was clean and we had all facilities.
We had to wait 15minutes to check in, the communcation with the staff was not good it took too long for them to answer. We were meant to have 4 rooms in our booking and that was not what we were given. The water would not stay warm the whole time if left running for a few minutes it would become cold. On top of everything they held £11 on my credit card deposit which i never found out what it was about
