The Neighborhood:
Located in Breckenridge’s desirable Peak 7 area, the home offers a peaceful, wooded setting just minutes from downtown and ski lifts. Whether you're here to ski, snowboard, hike, or explore the local shops and dining, you're never far from the action. In winter, you’ll be close to the Peak 7 and 8 bases, while summer visitors can enjoy nearby trails, parks, and outdoor concerts in town.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended. There is no direct access to the Breck Free Ride bus system, but all attractions are just a short drive away. The driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles, making it convenient for larger groups.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
