Are you ready for a wonderful holiday in the mountains? Look no further. This 2-bedroom plus sleeping loft condominium sleeps eight and is just seconds away from everything that Breckenridge has to offer. Perfectly set up for two families with kids this unit has two master suites and two sets of bunk beds in the loft. NOTE: The loft is not for small children as it is accessed by ship-ladder stairs.
In the winter, step outside the building and ski down to the lifts; Grab your snowshoes and explore the mountain; or Hop on the bus and arrive at the Nordic Center, just minutes away. Note: if any member of your party cannot ski from a green (beginner) trail, walking up to the condo from the lifts will be required.
In the summer, step outside and in addition to the lifts, you will find the activity center complete with miniature golf, alpine slide, and more! Grab your bike or hiking gear and head on the peak-connect trial just steps away.
If you are interested in a day of shopping just hop on the Free shuttle (black line) that in six minutes will arrive at Main Street for a day of shopping, gallery visits, art classes, eating and more. During the summer and winter, there is also the option of taking the Gondola into town during operating hours.
After a day of activities, come inside to this clean comfortable condo filled with art by local artists. Apres skiing, grab a beach towel and one of the plastic cups provided in the unit and head to one of the hot tubs to recover from the day. Once back in the condo, pull out the cheese tray and have appetizers and a drink before venturing into the kitchen where everything is set to make a home-cooked meal served on cloth placemats, cotton napkins and Le Creuset dishes.
After dinner or with a glass of hot chocolate gather in front of the fire in the living room to watch movies, play board games, assemble a puzzle, play cards or just relax snuggled in a Peacock Alley Robe.
At the end of your evening, tuck into beds made with organic cotton sheets and comforters for a good night’s rest before heading out for another day of adventures.

Property was clean and well stocked. Gas grill on the deck. Large ski locker. Two hot tubs to choose from at slope side. The convenience was so enjoyable. Super easy to swing in for lunch each day. Truly a great stay at a perfect location

Great location for enjoying skiing at Breckenridge. The property has plenty of room and is very accessible to downtown Breckenridge. I would rent it again.

This place was probably top notch.... 30 years ago. Our unit was exactly what is said- close to the slopes. However, the fact that it sits beside two of the nicest lodges on the mountain made it seem quite dated. The place was clean, just not as updated as we would have hoped. I thought I had scored a fantastic deal, but after staying I suppose I got what I paid for
