Stay in our 2 BD/2.75 BA luxurious condo available for SPRING BREAK SKIING March 16-23, 2024 ONLY. Condo is at Grand Lodge Peak 7, which is at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort Peak 7 and has easy access to the high-speed Independence Super Chair Lift and the Breck Connect Gondola. The Independence Super Chair lift provides access to peaks 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and the Breck Connect Gondola takes you and your family directly into the historic town of Breckenridge.

Grand Lodge Peak 7 has some of the best on-mountain accommodations to be found anywhere, with incredible views from your private balcony, ski in/out access to your own private ski lockers, an indoor/outdoor water-park complete with water slide, multiple pools and hot tubs, outdoor BBQs, a kids game room, a gym, Soothe Day Spa, a relaxing adults-only indoor grotto, onsite Sevens restaurant and bar, ski equipment rental, four private movie theaters, and indoor parking spaces.

Our condo is actually two adjoining units that provide ~ 1,250 sq ft to enjoy. The 1 Bedroom Master Residence (~850 sq foot) includes a separate bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD, a master bath with a soaking tub, and an adjoining but separate bathroom that has a two person shower. The Master Residence has a dining room that adjoins the kitchen, a washer/dryer in the hallway to the bathrooms, a living room with a large flat screen TV over a cozy gas fireplace and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room and a private balcony. This unit sleeps four people and has a separate entrance from the adjoining Suite.

The adjoining Suite is a 1 bedroom unit (~400 sq ft) that is similarly well appointed with a private bedroom with its own king size bed, with flat screen TV and DVD, a kitchenette with granite counter-tops, a private bath and an adjoining living area with a queen size sleeper/sofa, flat screen TV and DVD. This unit also sleeps four people and has a separate entrance from the adjoining Master Residence.
