In the winter, you can walk Gold Run Nordic Center for some cross-country skiing or take the ski shuttle to the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. In the summer, hop on your bike or lace up your hiking boots and hit the miles of great trails right outside your door, including the popular Peaks Trail. You and your group will love it!
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor condo that can easily accommodate groups of up to eight. The living area has plenty of light, and vaulted ceilings make for an open, airy feeling. There’s a wood-burning fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating. The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops fed and happy, and there’s a deck for taking in the mountain air!
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities and a private ski locker. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Good location, well kept apartment in road leading to peak 8 walking distance to Peak 8 summer activity Clean and spacious for family of 4 to 6 check-in was flawless and exceptionally good communication Only negative point is that the apartment is for 6 people only The bunk bed not useful as it is very close to ceiling and in summer not comfortable as the unit in on top floor with heat radiating from ceiling wanted to give 4.5 stars but Vrbo allows only full stars

Excellent condo. Nice kitchen appliances and cookware. Comfortable living room and bedrooms.Clean. Quick walking distance to Free Ride stop (busses can be crowded and you may have to wait for a second bus). Condo sleeps 8 but all 8 people need to know each other well. Bunks sleep 4 (2 on each bunk), second bedroom has a queen. Pullout sofa sleeps 2 small children. Definitely would stay here again.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We have been staying in Breckenridge for the past four years. We have always stayed at Gold camp which is across the street from peak 8Village, but this stay was exceptional. Summit mountain rentals really went all out. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed. There were so many toiletries and towels and washcloths available as well as dishwasher pellets, trash bags, cookware etc. The smart TV had Roku, Apple TV, Netflix, so in the evenings we watched family movies together. The shuttle stops walking distance up the hill, so we were one of the first ones on the slopes! The beds are super comfy, and there are two bathrooms which makes it much easier with two families. The couch pulls out into a queen pillow top mattress bed, we were fighting over who would sleep there instead of the beds, LOL. Because we cooked all of our meals there, we stopped for groceries in Frisco at Safeway. While I was doing a load of laundry in the next building over, building C, my family went up to start skiing. I took a shuttle later on in the day by myself and within a couple of minutes I met up with them. Upon arrival into Breckenridge, management team was in constant contact via text message to let us know that the condo will be ready earlier than the 4 o’clock check-in. We went snowmobiling it’s a blinding in Leadville which is about 45 minutes away. Great times!We will definitely stay here again!
