In the summer, hop on your bike or lace up your hiking boots and hit the miles of great trails right outside your door, including the popular Peaks Trail. Peak 8 Getaway Condo is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that can accommodate groups of up to eight. The living area is spacious with comfortable furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. Snuggle up after a long day playing in the snow next to the wood fireplace that helps to tie the entire Colorado high-country experience together. The kitchen features updated stainless-steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up a great mountain meal. There is room for everyone to enjoy a meal at the kitchen counter, which doubles as a dining room table with seating for 8 people.
There’s a balcony just off the living area where you can relax and enjoy the cool mountain air. There’s even a gas barbeque grill for grilling some steaks or burgers! We came with extended family and just needed a simple place to stay so we could enjoy some outdoor time. The apartment was clean and everything worked properly, except the couch bed was broken, but the management company dropped off an air mattress for us to use. It IS worth noting that this spot isn't appropriate for people with limited mobility or in wheelchairs. The bunks are also rail-less, as you can see in the photos, so not appropriate for small children either.

The apartment was very clean and perfect for our snowboarding trip. Easy access to peak 7 & 8 using the free shuttle and the stop is footsteps away. Great kitchen with everything needed to cook. If your trip is strictly to snowboard or ski this is the place to rent.

The trails behind the property were excellent. Overall, a nice place to stay at a good price. Toaster didn't work properly, and the shower seriously needs a handheld high pressure shower head.
