About this house rental
This Saint James house has a master bedroom featuring a king bed & a twin bed, large dresser, walk-in closet and lots of natural lighting. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and a small, walk-in closet. The bathroom has lots of toiletries, towels and a relaxing bathtub/shower. The living room has a large sectional (enough room for another guest to sleep on) & a smart TV. The kitchen has a large frig, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, stackable washer and dryer and a seating area for two. Our guests are comfortable with our new heating and AC. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring the area, floating on the nearby rivers, on your way to/from "the lake" or simply enjoying a quiet getaway, you will find this place as your home away from home. inside, Relax on the back deck and enjoy the large, back yard (not fenced). A charcoal grill is available to use (don't cook too close to the house and don't dump your hot coals out). You can also experience what Saint James has to offer during your stay at our house. Just a short drive away are several local restaurants, pubs, a micro-brewery. shops, Phelps Regional Hospital and Rolla School of Mines (UMR). Guests are welcome to book our place for extended stays of up to three months.
