During the summer months why not partake in a friendly badminton grass court tournament, or practice your golf swing, or simply just lie back and relax within the garden’s hammock.

The village pub serving good food is a short stroll away (13 minutes). Within 2 minutes’ drive golfers can delight at the Royal Norwich Golf Club 18- and 6-hole golf course and driving range. The Royal Norwich also has a bar and restaurant, paddle tennis and gym. For children visit the award winning Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure Park with a splash zone and great play areas.

The Bug Parc and cafe is also a short drive away. In Wroxham, you can enjoy shopping, plenty of waterside eateries, daily boat hire or jump on board the Mississippi river boat trip. Sandy beaches, RSPB Nature and Bird Reserves a 40 minutes’ drive. Excellent walking trails and routes can be enjoyed on the farmhouse doorstep; the Marriot’s Way is ideal for walking, cycling or running. Beach 23¾ miles.
